ARNIE the Dog needs a home

`Play ball!` is Arnie''s motto since it is most certainly his favorite way to spend time with our shelter staff and volunteers. But don''t let Arnie''s exuberance for sports sway you into thinking he lacks manners, because it''s the farthest thing from the truth! Arnie has a fabulous easy-going disposition and is more than willing to just hang out with people. He leaves his kennel like a gentleman, walks calmly on a leash, knows how to sit, and, as a Labrador Retriever mix, is a Lab lovers dream!
Arnie, at 52 lbs., is a smaller lab mix so there will be plenty of room to share on your couch at the end of the day. Labs do need daily outdoor exercise so he would be an excellent walking, running, or hiking partner. Labs are also known for their intelligence which makes him a great candidate for group training. So, if you are a lab lover and prefer to `adopt, not shop` you will certainly want to stop by our Westside Shelter and we will introduce you to Arnie. He''s a friendly guy and will also want to meet your whole family, including your current canines.
